24 - Hour Cancellation Policy

We truly value your time and are committed to providing you with the best possible care and service. Due to the HIGH volume of cancellations & No-shows, we are going to be more firm on our already implemented 24-hour cancellation policy. This will help to ensure we can accommodate all our patients and manage our schedule effectively.


We’d like to remind you of our 24-hour cancellation policy:


If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer your appointment time to another patient who may be waiting.


Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice—or missed appointments- will be subject to a

$25 cancellation fee.


With this being said, in order to capture these cancellation / no-show fees, we will be asking all existing patients going forward to keep your card on file to make any future appointments.


We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, and we’re always here to help if you need to make adjustments to your appointment.
